Andrei Kartapolov informed CSTO parliamentarians about the tasks of Russia’s special operation
On March 11, the State Duma adopted an appeal to the UN and the OSCE PA demanding an investigation into the activities of biolaboratories in Ukraine which were working in the interests of the United States of America. This was reported by the Chairman of the Defence Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation at a meeting of the CSTO PA Standing Commission on Defence and Security.
Andrei Kartapolov said that in the course of the special operation reliable information was obtained that confirms that over 30 military biological laboratories were established by the Americans to test the impact of such deadly pathogens as plague, anthrax and cholera on people.
According to Andrei Kartapolov, Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland has confirmed that several dozen biological laboratories are operating in the interests of the United States. That is why an emergency shutdown of biological programs began on February 24.
“The work was conducted in three main areas: monitoring of biological situation in the supposed regions of deployment of military contingents of NATO block; collection and export to the territory of the USA of strains of dangerous microorganisms; study of agents, i.e. components of biological weapons,” Andrey Kartapolov said.
“Everyone understands that bio-weapons are one of the most unpredictable and dangerous weapons in terms of their consequences,” said Andrei Kartapolov, Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on Defence.
