A Serbian deputy notes high technical level of election preparations in Russia
Jovan Palalić, a deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, observer to the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly and a member of the group of CSTO PA international observers who monitor the elections to the Russian State Duma, positively assesses the technical level of preparations for the elections.
“The elections in Russia have been organized at a very high level. I would like to highlight the high technical level of election organization. All this shows that the elections in Russia take place in a democratic atmosphere and guarantee freedom of expression to all citizens.
This experience will be very interesting for us in Serbia. I hope that when we will talk to the leadership of the city of Moscow, they will share their experience in organizing such a public election observation headquarters, so that we will also organize a similar one in our country.
This is an excellent solution that guarantees a democratic election process. I am pleased, and I can say that I was surprised to see such a high technological level of organization of the elections in Russia. They are fully in line with international democratic standards for the organization of elections.”
