Elmurza Satybaldiev, a representative of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Judicial and Legal Affairs and Rules of Procedure, was elected deputy Chairman of the Standing Commission on Defence and Security of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.
Elmurza Satybaldiev was born on March 13, 1966 in Myrza-Ake village, Özgön district, Osh region.
PhD in Law.

Honored Lawyer of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Graduated from the Kyrgyz State University in 1992.
In 1992–2000, he worked as an investigator, assistant prosecutor and deputy prosecutor.
In 2000–2005, he worked as a transport prosecutor in the Kyrgyz Republic, a prosecutor of the Kemin district, a prosecutor of the Jayyl district and a prosecutor of the Issyk-Kul region.
2006–2007: deputy chairman of the SCNS of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2007–2009: Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2009–2010: State Advisor to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on defence, security and law enforcement.
Since 2019: Secretary General of the Asian Volleyball Confederation.
In 2021, he was elected deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
