Heads of parliaments of CSTO Member States expressed condolences over terrorist attack
The speakers of the parliaments of the CSTO Member States expressed their condolences to Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and Valentina Matviyenko, Chairwoman of the Federation Council, in connection with the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall on March 22, 2024.
They condemned the heinous crime against peaceful citizens, which caused numerous casualties, and stated that there can be no justification for terrorism and extremism.
The heads of CSTO parliaments wished courage and patience to all Russians, to all relatives of the victims, and also a speedy recovery to all those injured in the tragedy near Moscow.
