Polling stations opened on time in the presence of observers

Observers of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA) were present at the opening of polling stations in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic today, April 11, 2021.
The polling stations in Bishkek opened on time, according to Igor Lavrinenko, Chairman of the CSTO PA Standing Commission on Socioeconomic and Legal Issues and deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on National Security of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
CSTO PA international observers are currently monitoring the voting process at the polling stations in Bishkek.  
As you may recall, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 31 of March 12, 2021, a referendum (nationwide voting) on the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic On the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic is being held throughout the Kyrgyz Republic on Sunday, April 11, 2021.
