CSTO PA and FAEA of Russia to continue work on legislation to combat national, racial and religious intolerance
On January 24, Igor Barinov, head of the Russian Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs, met with Sergei Pospelov, Executive Secretary of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.
During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation. Both leaders expressed mutual interest in developing cooperation and exchanging experience.
“Today, it is very important to step up the fight against national, racial and religious intolerance at the legislative level. These issues concern the entire global community. Particular attention should be paid to counteracting large-scale dissemination and propaganda of respective anti-values,” Sergei Pospelov noted.
