Sergei Lavrov Meets With the Chairmen of the Specialized Committees of the CSTO Parliaments

Moscow hosted a working meeting between the Chairmen of the Committees of the Parliaments of the CSTO Member States, which are responsible for international relations, defence, and security, and Sergei Lavrov, Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation.

The Russian Foreign Minister praised the parliamentary capacities in the activities of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and in international relations in general.

On February 7, the State Duma hosted the third meeting of the Chairmen of the Committees of the Parliaments of the CSTO Member States, which are responsible for international relations, defence, and security. During the meeting, the participants discussed the military and political situation within the CSTO area of responsibility.
