As part of the Observer Mission of the Commonwealth of Independent States, a group of international observers from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization met with Talant Mamytov, Acting President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Toraga (Speaker) of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In his speech, Talant Mamytov warmly thanked the international observers for accepting the invitation to participate in monitoring of preparation and voting at the snap presidential election and referendum in the Kyrgyz Republic, particularly thanking the heads of organizations that sent their observers for “assistance and understanding, as well as for the desire to ensure an objective assessment of the political processes” taking place in the Kyrgyz Republic.
