CSTO PA observers were present at the opening of polling stations in Armenia
Observers from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA) were present at the opening of polling stations in the Republic of Armenia today, on June 20, 2021.
The polling stations opened on time: at 8:00 a.m. Yerevan time. CSTO Parliamentary Assembly observers are now monitoring the voting process at the polling stations in Yerevan.
As you may recall, June 20 is the day of the early election to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
There are 25 political entities, 21 parties and 4 blocs, participating in the early election. At the polling station voters receive ballot papers corresponding to the number of political entities participating in the election, choose one of them, put it into an envelope and drop it into the ballot box.
