On behalf of the Kyrgyz side, Ulugbek Ormonov thanked international observers from the CSTO PA for their work at the Jogorku Kenesh election

During a meeting of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Standing Commission on Political Affairs and International Cooperation, Ulugbek Ormonov, member of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Committee on Transport, Communications, Architecture and Construction, thanked international observers from the CSTO PA for their work at the November 2021 election to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“We have held the election according to a new formula; in this context, on behalf of the Kyrgyz side I would like to express our gratitude to the observers from the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly, they have helped us significantly. As a result, today the parliament is working normally,” Ulugbek Ormonov said.
At the meeting of the CSTO PA Standing Commission on Political Affairs and International Cooperation, Aleksei Sandykov, member of the Standing Commission on Regional Affairs and Eurasian Integration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and coordinator of the CSTO PA international observation team, reported on the results of the participation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization international observation team in monitoring the November 28, 2021 election of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
