Polling Stations Opened in Belarus and are Ready to Welcome the First Voters.
Observers from the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly started their work at polling station 126. Alisher Erbayev, Coordinator of the observation mission, commended the good work of the polling station.
"The polling station began its work exactly at 8.00 with the anthem of the Republic of Belarus. Before the opening, the ballot boxes were sealed, according to the rules. There were gifts for the first-time voters - gift editions of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and flowers," said Alisher Erbayev.
On February 25, the country holds elections of Deputies to the House of Representatives and local Councils of Deputies. Polling stations are open from 8.00 to 20.00.
