Vyacheslav Volodin elected Chairman of the CSTO PA for a new term

At the 14th plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on November 29, 2021, Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, was unanimously elected Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

As you may recall, Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, was first elected Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on November 24, 2016.

On 29 November 2021, the CSTO PA Council meeting and the 14th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly review draft model laws On Information Security and On Peacekeeping Activities and Peacekeeping Forces.
