Jovan Palalić: Russian election could serve as an example to other countries
Jovan Palalić, a representative of a CSTO PA observer state and a deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia: “Let me express my satisfaction with the organization of the election in Russia.
As far as technical issues are concerned, everything is done at the highest level.
We visited several polling stations yesterday in St Petersburg and today in Moscow, and I can say that the election process is in full compliance with the country’s legislation and all international democratic standards.
The process is transparent and we noticed no violations.
Observers representing parties participating in the election work without any problems or obstacles.
I was surprised by the high turnout of voters who decided to vote remotely and use the excellent digitalization of the electoral process.
I am sure that the election organization in Moscow can serve as a good example to other countries and invite them to learn more about Moscow’s experience.”
