The meetings of the CSTO PA permanent commissions scheduled for April 8 and 9, 2020 will be held via video conference

Meetings of the Standing Committee on Political Affairs and International Cooperation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Standing Committee on Defence and Security will be held on April 8 and 9, 2020 via video conference due to the declared pandemic of COVID-19 by the World Health Organization.
Decisions on the draft model legislative acts included in the agenda of the regular meeting of the Expert and Advisory Council of the CSTO PA Council, previously scheduled for 8 April, will also be made remotely by conducting a survey of members of the Expert and Advisory Council and CSTO Member States parliaments, as well as experts.
At present, the CSTO PA Secretariat is testing the equipment and coordinating the details of video sessions of the Permanent Commissions with the parliaments of the CSTO Member States.
