Journalists from CIS and CSTO Countries Join Forces

On 7 August, the leadership of the Belarusian Telegraph Agency BelTA met with representatives of the state mass media of the CIS and CSTO countries.

The meeting highlighted the importance of cooperation in covering the events taking place on the territory of the member states of the organizations.

The participants of the meeting stressed that such large-scale events become a bridge of friendship in the media sphere.

As you may recall, one of the priorities of the presidency of the Republic of Belarus in the Collective Security Treaty Organization, set by the Republic’s President Aleksandr Lukashenko, is the response to information wars and media framing.
