In his speech at the European Conference of Presidents of Parliaments in Strasbourg, Vyacheslav VOLODIN, Chairman of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly and Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, suggested the Council of Europe states to develop common standards in the fight against terrorism and formalize them into model laws.
